To think I actually spent time on trying to work that out :(
Sorry, the idea is that the mother thinks there's a breeze, but the boy replies "No, it's AC [Air Conditioning] Ma." Then notices that it's actually, Dreamcast Ion.
I'm just bitter because I couldn't think of a good palindrome or a better picture. :(
